God's Righteous Judgment

Revelation 18 describes the awful destruction of the end-time city of Babylon. This city seems to be the capital of all wickedness in the world, and God did not tolerate it. He utterly destroyed it. Then, chapter 19 begins with these words:

19:1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

3 And again they said, Alleluia.

KJV

What a wonderful God we serve. He is worthy of our praise and adoration. He deserves all the glory because He judges righteously. He will put an end to all sin and evil in the world, and His people will always emerge victoriously in the end. Let's be sure we're always on His side.
